Who is Polly Brown?
Hey! My name is Polly Brown, and I am the director of EPIC, the children’s ministry here at North Side. Children’s ministry has been a passion of mine for years, and it has been such a blessing to get the opportunity to start living that passion out at North Side!
I graduated from Erskine College in 2005 with a B.A. degree in Christian Education. My time spent at Erskine and as well as the training I received through an organization called Child Evangelism Fellowship were key factors in further preparing me to do children’s ministry. I have learned that working with children is an incredibly fun and rewarding experience, and I find myself frequently thanking God for blessing me with the opportunity to take my life and invest it into the lives of children.
God has also blessed me with a loving family and a wonderful group of friends that I love dearly! I enjoy spending time outdoors doing things like hiking and camping. I also am a devoted Gamecock fan, love to read, go to concerts and plays, and I think that baseball season is the best part of the year!
